Wild White Ale. Colab with North Peak Brewing Co. A blend of an American IPA and Double White IPA inoculated with a Belgian Wit yeast and aged in oak for four months. American hop flavours are accentuated, creating tropical, citrus and grapefruit notes. You are left with a soft, full bodied mouthfeel, bright tartness and a dry, bitter finish.
